Pricing and Ordering

FreightPicker is available only by subscription. You MUST be on a Choice board, with a Driver ID and Password that allows you to access the Portal.

There’s a one-time account setup charge of $29.99, and service is $29.99 per month., for an initial cost of $59.98, and $29.99 a month thereafter.

Internet access is NOT included. All communications and data charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you have an unlimited data plan, or at least one with a substantial data allowance. We suggest that you keep a close eye on your data usage, to avoid surprise bills from your internet service provider.

Payments are currently only accepted via PayPal. Service is automatically billed monthly until you cancel.

We do not keep credit card or bank account numbers – all of that is handled by PayPal.

You’re allowed to run FreightPicker on multiple computers (such as on your laptop on the road, and on your desktop at home), but only for your specific driver number. FreightPicker subscriptions are not transferable to other drivers.

Your FreightPicker subscription also comes with FREE email tech support. Telephone support may incur an hourly charge.

Software updates are FREE with your FreightPicker subscription.

Before you order FreightPicker, please make sure your computer meets the following minimum system requirements:

Windows XP SP2 or higher, Windows 7 or Windows 8. Windows Vista is not recommended, although it will work.

Video Display with 1280 x 800 resolution or higher with 32 bit color

150 MB free disk space

Internet Connection

Email account. (Gmail is free and works well)

FreightPicker will also run on a Mac running Windows 7 under Parallels.

To get started, send an email to sales@freightpicker.com with the following information:

In the subject line, please put the word “Purchase”. Email without that can end up in our spam folder, which will delay your purchase.

In the body of the email, please put in the following information:

Driver #

Your name EXACTLY as it appears on the top line after logging in to the Portal.

Your address, city, state, and zip code. Please, no PO boxes.

Your cell phone number, and whether you will accept text messages.

What operating system your computer is running; i.e. XP, Windows 7, etc.

Your preferred contact email address.

How and where you heard about FreightPicker.

Do NOT send your password. FreightPicker will NEVER ask you for it. Your Portal password will be stored on your own computer as part of the setup process, and is never sent to FreightPicker.

After we get your email, we’ll set up your account, and you’ll receive an email with links to make the payments. Follow the instructions in the email for payment.

After your payment is received, you’ll receive an email from us with a download link and instructions on how to install FreightPicker. We recommend using a high speed connection for downloading FreightPicker, and during the install process. Please allow up to 5 business days for your payment to be received from PayPal, processed and your account activated.

A short tutorial is included with the FreightPicker installer email to guide you through the install process, and get you started.
